Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to class?
You are encouraged to bring an outdoor blanket, water and sunscreen. It is also recommended to bring extra clothes, wet wipes or a towel should your little one(s) get messy wet as our classes are held outdoors.
Can I bring food to class?
You are welcome to bring food and snacks for you and your family to class. Due to the possibility of allergies, please be sure to enjoy all food on your blanket, and wash hands/faces after you finish snack-time.
Do you offer a trial class?
You are more than welcome to attend one free trial class. Please email us to if you are interested and we can coordinate a date/time for your trial.
Can I bring my other children?
At Juega & Aprende, you are more than welcome to bring children who are 2 years and under. If you are in need of bringing children between 2-7 years of age, they may join one (1) class without registering.
Can I attend one class?
You are welcome to attend one class or join the 8-week season. Please send Juega & Aprende an email if you would like to attend a drop-in class. The cost of one class is 24.00.
What if my family and I don't speak Spanish?
At Juega & Aprende, we offer Spanish Immersion classes; this means that you and your family will have many opportunities to be exposed to and engage with a second language. Rest assured, you and your family do not need to speak or understand Spanish to be immersed in the Spanish language!
How is Spanish Immersion different from bilingual programs?
At Juega & Aprende, we strive to speak Spanish as much as possible. Bilingual programs use an English-to-second language ratio.
What is your makeup policy?
Juega & Aprende offers families the ability to make up one (1) missed class. Joining a class outside of your registered classes is as simple as emailing us to inform us so we are ready to welcome you and your child to our class for that day.
What if I am unable to attend the registered season - do you offer a refund?
Yes, within the first week of the class starting, if you need to cancel your enrollment, a 50% refund can be processed, less a 5% processing fee for credit card payments. After the first week, refunds are not offered.
